How we work:

  1. We sign an NDA
  2. We discuss you challenge, budget and timing
  3. We come back with some options on types of experts we believe can help solve your challenge(s)
  4. We create a shortlist of evaluated consultants
  5. The consultants sign an NDA
  6. Meet the consultants and decide who you would like to work with
  7. Agree a written SOW & deliverables (the consulting agreement)
  8. Project commences, TheZoo.London will attend the kick office meeting and conduct project check-ins
  9. Project ends, internal feedback and review process
