Meet Amanda

Amanda is an accomplished professional with 25 years in executive search and leadership in the media industry, having held senior roles at Korn Ferry, Grace Blue, BBC Worldwide, Haymarket and Havas Media Group. She excels in advising the C-Suite on growth through transformational talent across technology, creative, strategy, digital and leadership disciplines. Recognised for her empathy, integrity and authenticity, Amanda is a trusted advisor in talent attraction, development, and retention.

Committed to the media industry on a voluntary basis, Amanda has served on the Board of Trustees of NABS, where she received the Ron Miller Award. She actively participates in mentoring and fundraising for NABS and contributes to Outvertising and the Lollipop programme, supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and mentoring black women in advertising and marketing.

After working at various search firms that offered similar, traditional services, Amanda was eager to do something different in the market. Captivated by what Marco and Rachel envisioned with TheZoo.London, she saw them as the perfect partners to launch this innovative venture. Together, they have created TheZoo.London Executive Search to sit alongside the Consultant Collective to reimagine the talent marketplace through human-centred insights and innovative hiring strategies. Their goal is to stand out with a Talent-First approach, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
